The Workforce Collective is a collaborative initiative for employers, non-profits, and educational institutions. Its mission is to address critical workforce challenges by facilitating shared discussion and developing long-term solutions. The Collective will serve as a platform for strategic partnership, focusing on actionable solutions for workforce development, talent pipelines, and training. This one-pager outlines the agenda for our inaugural session on October 28th, which will set the foundation for a recurring, two-session monthly series.
Agenda: October 28th Inaugural Session
The first session is designed to be a comprehensive and interactive day, moving from high-level leadership discussion to specific, practical solutions.
Morning Kick-off (8:30 am - 11:30 am):
8:30 am: Open Networking & Light Breakfast.
9:00 am: Whole Team Leadership (Presented by Kristan Creek, ICC). This session will provide a foundational framework for collaborative leadership across organizations.
